Hi, I’m Michael, and my goal is to ensure that all people at Solve Care are striving to ensure quality in their approach to their work in supporting our clients. I still regard myself as new to the disability industry, after nearly 30 years in Hospitality Management, but am learning new skills and information every day! I am a trained chef, love snow skiing, play and referee football (Can we have a soccer ball emoji? ), and love seeing a good live band. I am quietly confident in my management ability but aim to help people as best I can.
